At Topshelf Merch, every item is made to order. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Processing Time
All products are custom printed on demand. Orders are typically processed and produced within 5-7 business days after your order is placed. Processing time does not include shipping transit time. During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item(s) ordered and shipping destination. Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS, depending on the product and fulfillment location.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Topshelf Merch is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to address errors, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Topshelf Merch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or damaged, you can contact the carrier directly using your tracking number, or you may also reach out to our support team and we will do our best to assist.
